It's Wednesday an icy rain is falling so School is closed.
Although I live in Stormville NY, I work part time as a teaching assistant in Newtown CT.
I woke up with some jewelry design ideas that I can now work on so the time off will be well spent.

So far the day has been softly and slowly unfolding.
Cold and gray morning, icy rain falling.
Warm house, cat sitting on my desk while I write these thoughts.
Husband Steve tucked away in bed welcoming well deserved extra sleep.
